I am so very, very grateful for the staff that helped us. My husband fell and hit his head and lost consciousness in our room. When he came to, he passed out again and his eyes were rolling back in his head. I called the front desk and asked them to call 911. The Ambulance came immediately and i do believe it was the manager that brought them to the room. It was terrifying for me Nd they took care of me/us. Thank you is not adequate enough to cover my gratitude.

Nice, newly remodeled property. Pleasant helpful staff. Only issues were noise from the room above us the first night, a small leak coming from the sprinkler system in the bathroom the second night, and our requested turn down service not taken care of. Mot huge issues. Overall a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a more upscale place that is central to shopping and restaurants or nearby the newly constructed House of the Lord, LDS Feather River Temple.

Do everyone a favor and get rid of the noisy bedframes! It was like all our neighbors were having a sex competition. Noisy beds all around us. Our neighbor across the hall had an overflowing toilet that flowed into the hall in front of our room. While it never came into our room, the 4 "gentlemen" were not quietly joking about it at 1:30 am in the hall. I'm starting to reconsider this hotel as our local go-to overnight stay, even though most others are worse. Otherwise, OK stay.
