Absolutely a five star hotel! Quirky and moody, staff were amazing, loved the vibe of the decor and just the atmosphere in general. Would stay again. Except.. after an amazing first night of a 3 night stay, we couldn’t access our room due to a faulty electronic door lock and needed to change rooms. The replacement room was not even close to comparable which was disappointing and definitely ruined the mood. That said, will absolutely be back!

Slightly disappointed.
Hotel felt a little tired and service was slightly off-key. Not the high standards I'm accustomed to from the QT brand. The bath tub in our Deluxe King was too small to feel luxurious.
