An OK stay
Nicholas was great to communicate with and prompt with his replies. In a good location for trails. The home was average, we felt we over payed for the value. The fridge kept making this grinding noise with liquid leaking out of the bottom. The fridge is right near the master bedroom and was quite loud. We were told it would be looked at after we checked out. We ended up shortening our stay and only stayed for 1 night because of this.

Great location and super helpful host!
We had a great time at the house. The host Nick was very helpful (he gave tips on various hikes and an awesome swimming hole near the house) and the house was within 30- 45 min drive to many different hikes.

Exactly what we needed
The place was perfect! It was our first trip to the Catskills and the location was great — close to trails, walking distance to a great breakfast and lunch place and a short drive to other towns — and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and host
The property is amazing, very clean, comfortable and great location. Very close to hiking trails and shopping areas. Host is very responsive, welcoming and always eager to help. I highly recommend this property.
