This is a beautiful property with a fantastic view of the harbour. Unfortunately, the heat was not working in the suite, and I ended up wearing my down jacket to bed at 1:00 AM. After more than 50 years of staying in Hotels I would have to say this was my worst experience ever. I know that things happen, but the staff was not sympathetic to my experience and made it sound like it was my fault that the heat did not work. After discussions with the General Manager, she finally conceded that I should not have to pay for a $350 room with no heat.

I didnt like that they immediately told me I must tell my guests to leave at 11pm when they weren’t being loud but it’s ok and I understand why. What a beautiful room and property. Ben at the front desk was awesome!

Stayed in a harbour view suite and it was huge and very well appointed: linen was clean and soft, heating responsive, furniture well maintained and comfortable, and the balcony spacious with a great view. One important caveat: being on the water in a middle floor means you can hear EVERYTHING from all around the harbour. And doubly so for the bar downstairs and people on the pier below.
