Everything seemed really clean and put together till we went to check the beds and found bed bugs in one room. We asked to switch rooms and they gave us 2 new rooms. We check them too to bottom and found nothing so we decided to stay. About 3 hours later we found a bed bug in one room crawling in the tv stand. Very dissatisfied that 2/4 rooms had bugs.

I’m not sure where to begin…the fire alarm went off two mornings in a row, false alarm both times. There was not hot water in the sink or shower. The floor was dirty. We stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned our room or emptied our trash. The doors on the side and back of the building were only locked from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. The towels all had stains on them. When we asked for clean towels, we were told they were clean, just stained. The fitted sheet on the bed was stretched out and wouldn’t stay on the bed.

Roaches Needs deep cleaning everywhere Windows looks as though they haven’t been cleaned in a while All light fixtures had a layer of dust on all of them Spider feces on ceiling Sheetrock missing in bathroom Floor was dirty Pool and hot tub area had stained mold on edges and filter hasn’t been cleaned recently Fire alarm went off both mornings after 8 for several minutes as if to wake us up and get out Staff was friendly Breakfast was good and fresh along with fruit

It was an okay stay. Most of the tv channela didnt come in and the shower was either. Warm or ice cold and then it would change to scalding suddenly then straight to ice cold. The pool was okay but looked a little cloudy and the hot tub could of been hotter. Overall it was a place to aleep which is all i needed so it was fine.
