Cleaning staff friendly. Other morbid. 12min Walking distance to everything. Clean, Comfortable. TaxisVERY LATE to pick up, plan 2 hours ahead. FacilitiesRoomBedReallyComfortable. Cooking utensils missing in room.... lack of staff traing. Still would really recommend this place. 4 out of 5

To Ken,Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay.If a taxi is booked on the same morning, there will always be a delay due to rush hour. It is advised to book the night before. The hotel books with one company only not sure on other taxi companies and their availability.All rooms are checked before guest arrive, trained to do so, not sure why or how this was missed. Your stay was for 8 days, I hope you did mention to the front desk staff to have the missing items replaced. Kind regards,
