Loved the staff did feel for tge price and comparing other accomodation we have stayed in for much less did feel the min bar was very sparse in choices . I also after I booked I received an email stating the pool facilities would nit be available to me however they were open I found this disappointing ,

It has a real sense of grandure and importance, it does feel special in the lobby, restaurants and lifts. Unfortunatley the carpets in the hallways are all old looking and water marked near doorways, the chairs near the windows for looking at the ocean view you pay extra for are aged faded and stained. The bathroom layouts leave a lot to be desired and when showering half the water drains in the shower the other half works its way to the middle drain. I really didnt care for the rectangular toilet dont know whos choice that was other then that the rooms where nice and the beds comfy

We had a fabulous stay at the Stamford.. The staff were friendly and room was presented clean and fresh. The view from our window was beautiful! If I had one issue its the cost of parking considering you already pay a good amount to stay.

The bathroom was substandard. Out of the 2 shower curtains, one (1) was missing with the second curtain misssung (2) clipped on. Water had to be mopped up with towels. The sound of the aircon was very loud when the fan turned up. I believe the hotel is looking dated given the $380 per night charge.
