A thoughtfully and artfully created Central Wagga property that is a visual delight from start to finish.
Enjoy the tranquil garden, settled amongst birch trees throughout the garden. Equipped with all modern appliances, in the heart of Wagga Wagga. A stone throw from Hospitals, main shopping centre, 5 minute drive or catch the bus to CSU, and all Wagga has to offer.
Additionally, the rear patio has a hooded bbq, groovy outdoor furniture and bespoke fire bucket. The rear yard is private and picturesque and makes for a wonderful green
space to mingle with friends or just chill out.

No party's and respectful behavior of home and contents. Outside smoking only. Damages to contents and property, smoking inside will incur additional replacement fees.

While your pets are welcome to stay we ask you to please not allow them on the furniture or beds. There is a pooper scooper beside the shed at the rear of the yard and we ask you to pick up their droppings, otherwise we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Upon arrival opened front door and found that property had not been cleaned from previous guest. I had entered 1/2 hour early as I needed to place some medication in the fridge. Called and left message for owner and rang again to let her know about the property. She arrived apologised and started to clean property herself. We gained entry 1 hour and a half later.
