Arrived at the hotel, I didn't realize that they were doing renovations on the place, the swimming pool and Fitness center and the laundry was all closed. And then there was constant noise drilling and banging most of the day. I said something about it to the front desk she said there was an email sent. I didn't recall receiving and email. After looking through my email there was an email from a John *****, I had to look for the email. And it was sent 4 days before my stay. I had already planned my stay and I don't think 4 days is enough advance. A phone call at the beginning of renovation would have been appreciated so that I would have had the time to make other accommodations.
