Very poor, filthy dirty, blocked sink, hole in bathroom door, sheets covering lounge and doona to hide the filth, squeaky floor, would not recommend. The manager is free to call and receive further feedback. By far the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

Sorry to hear what you mentioned. In fact, you have stayed in our only pet friendly room. We use fresh sheet to cover the lounge to prevent pet from scratching it. Like most other hotels, we use 3 layers of sheets- 1 on mattress, 1 under doona and 1 over doona. This is an expensive way to do a bed( dearer than using reused doona instead of fresh sheets.The sink has a strainer/blocker. You will pull up/push down to use it as strainer/blocker. So it’s not blocked. The building was built in the 70’s, we do understand it is not new considering its age. But we still try to make guests feel comfortable as possible. We thank you for your advice!

The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the lounge had animal fur and god knows what other marks on it, the bathroom was not clean and the roof was moldy, the cutlery was not clean i had to wash it before we could use it, definitely would not ever consider staying here again very disappointed considering the good reviews

The photos about this place must be very old. I have photo evidence of how filthy and run down the place is. I can't believe we were charged so much money for the condition of the place. I would never stay there again. The carpets were filthy, there was a hole in one of the bedroom's wall, we couldn't open the master bedroom's window because the handle was broken, there were 2 forks for the 4 of us, there was a hole in the lounge's curtains, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the place looks onto the Nepean Highway, so it is noisy... and the list goes on and on

The property was very tired and in need of a complete renovation. Carpet was threadbare, there was a hole in the wall, wall painting was half finished and the door frame had been pulled away from the wall - looks like someone had tried to force it open. There was a lot of noise with guests arriving / departing in the middle of the night. Impossible to sit on the balcony as people below were smoking in the door way.
