    4/5 Good

Liked central location to dining options and shopping.

    Disappointed

Place smelt like grease and the room temperature was uncomfortably hot; was running air conditioner in 40 degree weather. No parking available despite what they tell you. Their flagship restaurant, Garricks, is a health hazard. We observed from their open concept kitchen much cross contamination occurring. Also, a bartender was drinking tall glass of whiskey while working. Wouldn't recommend either to anyone visiting Victoria.

I enjoyed the character and charm of the room. An updated lobby would be nice.
