    5/5 Excellent

Splendid b and b, Victoria style with wonderful furnishings evocative of the splendour of the period. Very pleasant host! GREAT LOCATION! They are near the wonderful trees, gardens and homes of Rockland. A walk through this area is my greatest memory of Victoria. Multiple mature, large redwood trees. Not difficult to walk down to the Empress and the wharf from there to dine and enjoy entertainment.

    5/5 Excellent

I cant say enough good things about my stay. The place was wonderful. We had a 5 star breakfast both days. Ryan took the time to give us a tour and explain the History of the House. It was clean , it was quiet. Sure it wasn't perfect, I didn't expect it to be its over 100 years old! We have our trip for next year already planned and we are staying there again.

    5/5 Excellent

Delicious breakfasts but only available 745-9 am which was a bit challenging with my schedule as I was inVictoria for work. The host was very attentive and accommodating. Very beautiful dining and sitting room. Not suited for people with mobility issues as the entrance and rooms involve sets of stairs.
