When we arrived in our room, there was no water in the facility. They had a main break, which was in the facility, and it was not their fault but it would have been nice if they had told us when we checked in rather then finding out after we tried to use the “facility” only to find out that it would not flush. Then we had to call the front desk to tell them that we didn’t have a tv remote or a waste basket. When we called there was no answer so we went down to the front desk and found no one there. We then left to go and see some friends. When we returned we told the front desk person what we needed and very shortly we had a tv remote but no waste basket. We had been using the ice bucket for a waste basket. I went back to the front desk and reordered a waste basket which was delivered to us promptly. All in all, our stay was not that bad. Would we stay there again? Probably not.
Their breakfast was quite good and we would miss that. But, finding the front desk empty on several occasions was a bit disconcerting. We have never experienced that situation before. By the way, we paid more for the room then it was worth.
