If driving a car, it is difficult to locate. Had to park at least one kilometre away and walk to locate it. Then charged 15 euros to park. Dearest. Everyone else charges 10 euros. Won’t accept you till their stated hours so checkin is problematic - too many people wanting a room. Expectation that you bring you rubbish down with you on exit, take your bags to the car and then return your key. No real service.

hostel like space

Pros: not much
Location: good location - you can walk to the centre of Avignon
Everything was fine - it felt like a hostel. Staff pleasant and helpful

Good location

Pros: Self contained for catering and a supermarket next door
Location: Just outside the wall of the city so everything is close. Just cross the road to the wall.
Good basic facilities, rooms have everything you need to be self contained for cooking.

Reasonable for the price.

Within walking distance of major sites including le Palais de Papes. Supermarket underneath the building was very handy as was the in-house coin operated laundry. The rooms are small and those with a king size bed leave very little room to move. The kitchen area is also very small with just enough room to manage simple meal preparation. The hotel has just started a shuttle service to the TGV ( very fast trains) train station just outside Avignon.
