Where to start? Possibly one of the worst places i have stayed. The smell of river at the back of our room was disgusting. The floors of the room was so dirty which isn't ideal with little kids. You ask for towels and it takes more than an hour to arrive. My 3 year old daughter got locked in the room when she was sleeping. My husband run around looking for help and we were told managment doesn't have keys to the back door. Front door had to broken down in order for us to get it. Considering this is the one expensive hotels in labasa it's just in horrible shape. The staff are friendly however managment needs to take better care or stop charging so much. We ended up checking out 2 days earlier. Will not recommend this to anyone.

What can I say!! Will never be staying there again. 3 People in a room - 1 x towel, 2 x pillows, Air Con leaking, Guy at reception has selective hearing!! Food very expensive for this 3 star hotel.

Sister Hotel

Booked the Grand Eastern and then they bumped me to their ‘sister hotel’ that was miles from anywhere. The lady on reception at Grand Eastern wasn’t very receptive at all.

good location but full of bed bugs.

Pros: Location
Cons: Guests should not be bitten by bed bugs. It would also be nice to have liquid milk instead of powered.
Location: Location is excellent.
As soon as I entered the room there was a huge cockroach - What a welcome. My daughters and I got bitten by bed bugs.

Poor customer service

Paid for two rooms.Upon arrival they were only giving one room saying thats what is available. Rooms had moldy roofs and cracks on the wall.Absolutely waste of money.Would not recommend to anyone.
