On arrival of my stay I was greeted by Katii and her 2 dogs which were not advertised on this site at the time. I would not book at a place that had pets of any sort normally so this was a very big surprise. The dogs are kept down stairs but one did find its way up to use my bathroom and used it as its toilet, which was cleaned up straight away but again this should not have happened. Unfortunately due to not having a key for the main gate I had to rely on Katii to come and go and this was not convenient. Washing is done in the kitchen which meant it was left on the kitchen floor as she washed and the dogs food was left in bowls on the floor as well, maybe more convenient to have them fed outside. I know its a shared area but this is not very professional. The best part of the accommodation is the rooms they are clean and well presented. Yes I could of said I didn't want to stay as the dogs are an issue but the thought of having to find more accommodation and getting a refund was going to be a hassle. Parking would also be an issue during peek season which people should be aware of, I was lucky to have got the last park in the complex. Yes Katii did apologise for things that went wrong but unfortunately I wont recommend this accommodation. I did also mention to her that her dogs are not mentioned in the advertising. My stay was in school holidays in July.
