The check in process was smooth and easy, with all my questions answered with no issues. The reception lady was welcoming. It's a lovely, clean facility and it is literally within walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier (which is so beautiful). The valet parking was an easy process as they simply deducted the cost of the parking from the credit card deposit/hold. The cost of the valet parking, plus a minor tip for the guys, was well worth it both for the convenience and for the peace of mind of the car's safety. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
