The staff where very nice but the hotel its self is average. Tv needed to be replaced. Then the new one didnt work. Cleaner didnt turn up. Pubic hair in the bathroom. Had to request towles and tea, coffee ect. Dont go in the indoor pool or spa..its next to the sauna with no showers so and all the sweaty people come out and stright into one of the pools...disgusting.

Overall, my stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, although there was an issue with a broken shelf in the shower. However, the breakfast at the in-house restaurant was delightful, offering a satisfying start to the day.

The pillows were AWESOME, huge bathroom. Dirty windows, no sugar in room for supplied coffee, tea. In room service menu much to be be desired, buffet breakfast not worth the money. In hotel restaurant... Cockroach running across the floor,, 30 minutes to get a drink served to table, 40 mins for entree,,, after nearly 2 hours waiting for main course decided to pay for drink and entree and leave without having main meal. Below average range of cocktails on menu.. nothing to write home about. Overall thoughts... Not worth the money. 2.5/10
