This is an entirely fictional version of events. I never raised my voice although I did finally hang up when you would not let me speak and you were yelling. You wanted to cancel three days before Easter although your cancellation policy was 14 days in advance for payment with no refund. I actually did not receive the full payment as you took all the money out of your account. You were not blocked by us on the phone, and nothing prevented you from attending. Your reservation was never cancelled by WOTIF. People have bad things happen and it is very unfortunate. We recommend travel insurance for this reason. We are not your travel insurance company and asking us to take on this loss is not viable.

You were not in a Covid area so that is not a valid reason. Expedia has confirmed this. The fact is you wanted to change then cancel your booking way too late. You booked a week from Christmas to New Year's, which is our peak season and helps get us through the year. You called and said you were on the Gold Coast and were flying soon to Cairns. You were not in the Covid area which was Sydney. We even talked about that at the time. You booked a suite for two people but said you said you were now a group of four. The suite would not be big enough and days before Christmas you wanted another, which we did not have. So an hour later you wanted to cancel because of Covid. I'm sorry your plans changed but I am not your travel insurance company. You breached the cancellation policy. How does that justify one star? I give you one star back as a customer. No one to blame but yourself. Don't expect me to eat the loss. Suggest travel insurance next time.

You walked in and walked out. I am sorry it was not what you expected. The photos are recent, and you arrived in the dark. Our new air conditioning system keeps the place dry and fresh.
There's a snack bar/deli on site. Public spaces have free WiFi. Cedar Park Rainforest Resort offers its guests hot springs. A library, a terrace, and barbecue grills are also featured at the luxury Cedar Park Rainforest Resort. Self parking is free. A complete renovation of Cedar Park Rainforest Resort was completed in February 2019. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Victorian Koah lodge.
