Staff were friendly and room was clean but lacking basic items. There was a toaster and kettle but no plates or cutlery apart from teaspoons. We asked the room next door to borrow some things so we could have breakfast as reception was unattended. Also be aware that there is a shower/bath combo but baths are a no-go as no plug is provided. We asked staff and were told 'shower only'. Okay for the price but in hindsight we would have paid an extra $20 to stay elsewhere.

This property is advertised as “smoke free” and had “a heated pool” which is not true. We entered our room and instantly smelt smoke, it was obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned prior as there was cigarette butts on the balcony of a “smoke free” property. The pool was also freezing cold so definitely not heated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, the rooms aren’t ideal

Why didn't you say we changed rooms for you? All rooms are non-smoking, but we cannot restrict any guest from smoking outside.
