I believe its priced a bit high due to having a wedding venue attached to it. However, the overall condition of the room and services weren't the best. Cob webs and spiders in the bathroom, the spa bath hadn't been used in a while and rust and dirt came out of the jets initially, the paint was peeling off of the roof. It had some things to fix. I liked being able to catch the 906 bus into Melbourne CBD from a bus stop 20m down the road. But honestly believe its worth under $100 a night. I would only stay here again if they remedied the issues highlighted and dropped the price per night.

Not happy that we were given the key at arrival only to find that upon entry to the room that it hadn’t been cleaned. Told we would need to wait half an hour, despite the fact that it was already 3 pm and check in is supposed to begin at 2pm. Very tired room decor which needs an update.
