This house has a unique charm with a beautiful garden, huge yard and paved circle drive. Tucked away on 3 wooded acres enjoy a cup of coffee sitting on the large back deck. Beautiful new gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, 36” Viking gas oven and new appliances. It also has a rec room in the basement with huge 65` T.V, foosball table and couch with a queen size pull out bed. Located 10 minutes to east bay, 14 minutes to downtown Traverse City and 20 minutes to The Equestrian Festival.
This house has an amazing back deck and front porch. Nature lovers dream. New sauna installed and outdoor shower. Huge apple tree which brings in deer every morning.
