The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Great location to get out and about. The property needs an overhaul, dated and tired and for a 4 night stay I’d have liked my room made up and bins changed more than once.

Property very old and tired. Not clean. Air con wasn’t working, fridge not cold, old coffee and sugar, both were crusty. No milk supplied. When I spoke to managers they both became defensive and rude, they don’t take constructive criticism very well. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Look at their previous reviews online, they fight with their customers if they dare complain.

Affordable, but overall disappointing. There was no-one at check-in and I had to wait and ring the bell occasionally ring the bell for nearly 10 minutes. The room was okay, but had an odd smell, and the shower was very cramped. The wi-fi was so slow it barely worked at all, and kept cutting out. When I went to check out, the door to reception was locked, the lights were out and there was no-one present. I called the number on the door many times, with no answer, and ended up having to leave the key in the hotel's unmarked letter box (unsure if it was supposed to serve as a key deposit or not; if so, it's an extremely insecure system). Would not recommend if you're after reliable service.

Really wonderful motel, quiet, clean and have excellent, friendly staff service. Close to city services, ferry, bus etc, very convenient.

Stayed at the facility for 8 nights, all things to do with the room were fine as per positive ratings above. Requested a ground floor unit and it was granted. Swimming pool and BBQ area well kept and maintained. Parking in the quadrangle was a bit confused at times, but understandable, and Terry became parking Marshall at times. Thanks. Great value for the $ outlay. We will be back in April. Bob and Jeanne

Old hotel so did not expect much but a few items that need rectifying in room. - Sink leaked and had to have a bucket under plug. -Air Con either undersized or needed to be regassed as ineffective when 4 people were in room. -General cleanliness was poor Staff were good but let down by the hotel itself
