My wife and I got in late and checked into our room and unpacked. Not having eaten because we were on our way back to the USA, we went downstairs and had food and drinks. When we got back to the room around 2200 the shower water failed to work in the bathtub only had extremely scolding hot water. This was brought to the attention of the staff and I was advised that it would be “promptly taken care of” with credits or a refund. So far I have contacted the hotel, and they have failed to respond with multiple messages which I have saved. Steer clear of this hotel. My next step is a dispute with Amex.
