Beachside Haven is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. Right across the road from Barlings Beach and Tomakin Cove this gorgeous property is perfect for a dream beach holiday. It has lots of space to relax with the whole family. The space Architect designed ultra modern and spacious it has an open-plan design with plenty of space for entertaining. The lower level of the home offers a central living and dining area with easy indoor/outdoor flow to the fabulous entertaining area featuring an outdoor kitchen with gas cooking and swim spa. The modern kitchen offers an island stone benchtop with seating, quality appliances and a huge butler's pantry. There is a massive bedroom on this level and another bathroom. Upstairs features a spacious main bedroom with a walk-in robes the length of the room, a deluxe ensuite and access to front balcony enjoying the lovely views. There are an additional two bedrooms all with built-in robes, a study nook, family bathroom and second living area with access onto sunny balcony.
