La limpieza de las habitaciones dio mucho que desear,ya que las sábanas no parecían cambiadas. En cuanto al servicio,no habia toallas suficientes pero sí que habia lo necesario para el aseo personal(Champú,Gel,Cepillo,Cepillo de dientes,Pasta de dientes...). El desayuno muy bueno.

El hostal no tenía la confirmación de nuestra reserva y en principio se negaba a facilitarnos el paquete que habíamos reservado. Despues de muchos minutos de conversación telefónica con HOTELES.COM y con la señora encargada de la recepción, ésta aceptó alojarnos por el precio que reservamos pero sin desayuno (que estaba incluido en la oferta) y que HOTELES.COM finalmente nos facilitó. Mal inicio del fin de semana, que nada más llegar tuvimos que estar gestionando un error que nos afectó a nuestro planes puesto que la tarde del viernes fue perdida para poder solucionar el problema que, en ningún caso, era nuestro. HOTELES.COM estuvo a la altura con soluciones alternativas que finalmente resolvieron el problema.
