This hotel is absolutely despicable. The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. Housekeeping knocks on your door daily at 8am, and will knock once and enter, and even not knock at all and enter your room! There is signage everywhere encouraging you to keep track of your valuables as theft is a possibility. We were held hostage when checking out because we left our room untidy! How ridiculous is this! When one stays in a hotel, and housekeeping is included, it is expected that your space will be cleaned. Especially considering, if theft is ramped throughout the hotel, housekeeping could be the culprits, so we most certainly declined housekeeping throughout our stay. Do yourself a favor, and don't book. There are other hotels within this price range in better locations.

It’s a normal hotel, suitable for people within limited budget. It takes 30mins to city center. But it is convenient to Berlin east wall. There are no decent restaurants surrounded. We just stayed a night here.

Nice value for the price you pay. It is a little far away from the city center but still in a good location, very well connected by public transportation, nice rooms. The service at the reception is terrible, basically is non-existent.

The Hotel was great but their was an issue with the shower in the room, as it was impossible to control the temp of the water it would swing from too hot to too cold at random.
