The rooms were almost like an old Victorian style, but more modern. Super spacious. They hotel manager/check in people were friendly and offered some recommendations to the area.

Highly recommend.
I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. If I revisit Glasgow, which is highly likely because there were several main points of interest were closed for renovation work, I will consider staying here again. The following details can be even better: -The magnifying mirror needs to be replaced with light on -The table lamp: while indeed consistent with the overall lighting ambiance of the room, the table lamp should use a brighter bulb for reading or doing work -The sink faucet: there is some issue with how the faucet was installed. The switch from cold to hot water is too abrupt, making it very difficult to find the lukewarm water to wash face, etc.

Mini Break in Glasgow.
A very warm welcome from Katt and the reception team. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Excellent service at breakfast by the restaurant manager and her team. A good selection of hot and cold food. A great location for the city centre, less than 5 minutes to the shops and Central Station. We would use this hotel again.
