The property only has 24 /- rooms so you are well attended to. The staff was amazing- polite, friendly, but not over the top. A luxury experience but not overly stuffy or pretencious.

This is what I imagine it would be like to stay in an old English gentleman’s club. The service is great, it’s small and quiet, located across the street from Buckingham Palace Mews. The food is great! They pay attention to the little things, including putting a hot water bottle in my bed
