We found a large cockroach on the kitchen bench and the first day, email the real estate with no response until we had already checked out. Also full of dust, and they brought it up with real estate did not address it with the care and attention it needed for a holiday stay but invalidated what I had said and blamed me. I made a video of it all and that when she changed her stance. It’s a nice view but on a busy street so lots of noise and neighbours dog makes lots of noise to go through the walls and disturb. Would not recommend and never work with century 21.

Great spot - the scenery is the show
Basic brown brick flat up four flights of stairs, but a peerless view to the north and towards the sunrise across the Entrance with its sands and tides, pelicans and anglers. Very basic entertainment - no TV, just a DVD player with some drawers full of old classics - means you make your own fun. Kitchen is functional. Bring a deck of cards and relive the 70s! The kids loved it. And so did I.

We were not told, need to walk up three flights of stairs to reach unit. When we left I dropped keys through slot in their front door as instructed on Sunday morning at 9:20 AM as their office was closed on Sundays then 2 hours later I got an email to return keys .after having difficulty phoning them they finally rang me and said to disregard the automated email which goes out because there was nobody to open office and collect the keys. They should remedy this problem as it caused me unnecessary stress.Apart from that we were very happy with the unit it was clean and comfortable with good water views and yes we would go back.

Fan in main bedroom was broken. Room went to above 30 degrees overnight. Asked for one night reimbursement as compensation for us all sleeping on the couches in the lounge but this was declined.

Very nice property to stay in, great views, comfortable beds, great lounge area. All utensils provided. Negatives - Hot water could have been a little hotter. An electric frypan would have also been a good thing to have. Otherwise could not fault the stay. Will stay there again.
