Room service was substandard. Five minute visits. 3/7 service was forgotten, with continual reminders. Vacuuming was an extra request. Final insult was for guests to take any extra rubbish to the garage bins on departure, or extra cleaning charge would apply.

Pros: Best thing was the location, views and proximity to hastings street
Cons: No lift, mlutiple stairs, no trolley access, bad for small children with heaps of associated gear. floor dirty, balcony had large amounts of sand
