A pity the restaurant wasn’t open and you had to find somewhere for dinner. A place for your toiletries in the shower would be helpful rather than on the floor .

What we like - This property has a wonderful reputation and beautiful big grounds. What we don't like - The motel is old outside and inside. The big ground can have more of colourful flowers and the lake can have more fountain. More lights in the grounds would be better.

Rooms very large and spacious, King size bed, large bathroom, outside seating overlooking the extensive grounds and big River Red Gums, well set up swimming pool area. This place was as good as any place I've ever stayed at. Price also was very reasonable. Location in South Australia's McLaren Vale region is exquisite.
