I loved the atmosphere it was comfortable and elegant. The staff was very accommodating they helped us daily with taxi , and also arranged a tour, they www make to Move us from a room With a view of an alley to one with a garden ocean.

We loved the workers at this hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially the front desk people who printed out our boarding passes for Ryanair. They also tried to show us where to go for laundry and bank. (But don't go to the bank to change money, they won't.) The bartenders gave me ice for my meal replacement shakes. The maids were very sweet. Our only problems were we never figured out how to turn off the lamps in the room 1115, without unplugging all 3. And sometimes the food at the breakfast buffet seemed not so fresh. (whole milk, a ham or turkey cold cut, watermelon.) But you can have them cook an omelet, the pastries were yummy, and yogurt in jars great. We had a huge room with a balcony, the beach was in sight. The pool area, outside bar, lobby and beach area all were great when we were there for 6 days, beginning of October.

Spacious rooms. Lots of pillows, comfortable bed, outlets, full length mirror, coffe/tea, bolted safe and all the needs of a traveler in the room. Every room has a water front view and lovely balcony. The bus is ok if you like to wait but there were taxi’s outside continually who took us everywhere. The average charge to the marina was 15euros (this is an easy walk from the hotel along a garden with Greek ruins), Taormina was $25-35 depending on time of day and distance. The taxis are easy to call and quickly pick up. The grounds are well kept. Pool and poolside restaurant and bar are “here to help”. The beach is rocky and entrance is steep. Would definitely stay again

Property is in desperate need of maintenance, upkeep an rehabilitation. The corner room we were given was the worse hotel room we have ever had. Despite repeated request the staff and supervisor did not do anything about our request for change or upgrading the room at a cost. Unfortunately we had prepaid for the room, we could not cancel our reservation and move to another hotel. I have pictures of all the maintenance issues with the room if anyone cares to see it.

Great hotel, although rooms are charmingly old fashioned in decor, the bathrooms could do with an update. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and very fresh each day. Pool was lovely, however a few more umbrellas/ shade options needed for those who don’t want full direct sun exposure throughout the day! We were asked to lower our vented umbrella we managed to get one day as it was ‘too windy’ by the ocean front?!? Also be aware of daily charge for hotel parking. Overall, though, a fantastic stay away from the crowds of Taromina yet with easy transport access.

Guarding Naxos Hotel getting updated
Have stayed here a number of times over the last 15 years. Now under Marriot and they are improving the hotel. Refreshed pool area, new bar locations. Expect rooms to be refreshed in coming months. Great location and great hotel. With upgrades expecting it to be excellent.

Stunning hotel in a stunning location. The hotel is right on the beach, but also has a stunning pool if you prefer. Its within walking distance of Giardini Naxos if you fancy a stroll, or there are plenty of bars and restaurants literally just over the road. Don't hesitate, book up and get over to the beautiful island of Sicily.
