Hotel Description

Even better than expected.

Pros: Privacy, seclusion and service.
Cons: In room dining not as good as at the restaurant.
Location: Ubud is a far busier place than expected (even in the Monsoon season). Lot's to do here if you're happy to venture out of the villa.
When you're looking for a private villa in a tropical local this is what you have in your mind and it meets or exceeds every expectation. Quiet, secluded and luxurious. Perfect.

Pros: We loved everything about kayuminus. Our villa was spacious beautifully decorated, had a good size pool, outdoor bathroom and beautifully landscaped.

Pros: The beautiful location in a lush tropical river gorge is truly amazing. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa with a fantastic view.

Facilities: Outstanding; Value: Great deal; Service: Phenomenal; Cleanliness: Immaculate; It is about 20 min drive from the centre of Ubud but there is a free shuttle and this really wasn't a problem for us.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
