Awesome beautiful and serene unit and area in Brandon, Florida
The area is very safe, serene, super updated and was a great experience for a couple. Everything in the studio was clean and very well maintained. We totally enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very friendly. We would highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place and location
We really enjoyed staying here. Easy check In and check out. Had all the amenities of a hotel including shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer. Bed was comfy. Nice large screen TV. Would recommend and will stay again when we are in town seeing the grandkids.

Not what was expected unforturnately
With the photos online, we expected to get a small cottage. What we got was a small aluminum garage with no windows or screened front door to let air in.......it was really kind of creepy. There was no light whatsoever. You couldn't get fresh air in by opening the door cause insects and critters would get in. They had surveilance cameras all around you. There was no yard or place to put chairs and a table for outside enjoyment. We drove the neighborhood and did not get a good feeling for walking or biking. There were no nice commercial restaurants or things to do in the area. We left immediately and didn't feel comfortable staying there at a total loss.... The owner has done a good job with what it is......a garage. The problem is they are not being honest with the fact that you're in an aluminum garage with no natural lighting or natural air flow (especially with Covid-19) and that its off the side of a house with no place to do anything. And it's VERY SMALL..!!! They should be upfront in their listing and provide more photos of the outside area. We found much better places to stay once we got down in the area. BUYER BEWARE

This property was just as advertised. No surprises and everything provided to have an affordable and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again when we come to Tampa area.
