Great service and attentiveness from staff. Hotel itself is very nice and worthy of a 4.5 star rating. Location is excellent, connected to the massive 1 Utama shopping centre and the Bandar Utama MRT station. Gym is very well equipped and maintained for a hotel gym and the pool is nice though a little small. However our bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it is a non smoking hotel so sombody may have been smoking near air conditioning vents) and did not dissipate through the night which actually made me sick from the smell especially as it seeped from the bathroom to our room. The hotel though moved us to another bigger room as a result with no further issues.

Train commuters who walk through the hotel lobby and using the hotel lobby facilities eg toilets do not give the hotel a 5 star feeling . The hotel security and ambiance are significantly compromised. The staff at cinnamon cafe was unable to manage the crowd at breakfast, long queues and poor quality of food
