I booked through Wotif and there was no notification of the $250 refundable bond that was required upon checkin so it was a bit of a surprise. The staff member was lovely though and said they had sent out an email about it which I must not have received since booking through a third party. Lovely stay and room was perfect. Would recommend to friends and family.

At best, this hotel is 1star not 4star as advertised. Who vacuums at 6 in the morning infront of guest room? Bed sheet and pillow cover had stains. Terrible experience.

Receptionist was lovely, very helpful. Room was small but had everything we needed. Would be nice to have netting over windows to stop the bugs and the towel rail in the bathroom needs fixing. Other than that, perfect for 1 night stay.

Really enjoyedour short and sweet stay.. Lovely jacuzzi bar and restaurant poolside! They even let us play our own music and it really set the romantic scene for me and my Husband, meet a beautiful couple and restaurant staff were attentive professionals, food was delicious delivered jus in time, great presentation! Loved that.we could enjoy all round entertainment in one place. Thanks for having us, we will diffenately be back
