I was at first concerned about the communal bathroom but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleaniness & I hardly had any problems whatsoever like, for example, waiting in queue. It was none like that at all - so I'm very happy indeed. Brekkie is simple & lovely. For light lunch, I had a dip with sourdough toast - it's my favourite & it's delish! I'll come back next year. I will never deal with this hotel again. Due to an error I tried to amend an incorrect booking date. Because the booking is "non refundable" they refused to assist me, even when I offered to stay for two nights at the price of three. They have effectively stolen my money and I will lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

Remember me? I was the one who phoned you to reschedule the stay at that hotel as I could not make it on the saturday, requested to change to 2nd May but was refused. I was ripped off for $119. I also used your company to purchase plane flight from Sydney to Dubbo on saturday then return today monday. As a age pensioner I lost so much money I do not ever expect to use wot if ever again.
