      DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! $500 BOND FOR THIS PLACE WAS A JOKE. DEAD SPIDERS AND FLIES ON THE FLOOR SHOWER DIRTY. ALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES AND PLATES CUTLERY DIRTY. WALLS YELLOW BROCKEN DINING TABLE VERY SMALL . SORRY BUT THE TRUTH.

      Comfortable apartment in Pyrmont

      This is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment on a quiet Pyrmont Street and a short walk from Harris Street and Channel Ten. There is a supermarket 50 metres away which is hugely convenient and a coffee shop around the corner. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Big screen TV worked well and Wifi was good. The washer dryer, iron and ironing board were very handy to have. It's got everything you need for a comfortable business or holiday stay, but you may need to keep the curtains closed if you want privacy as the living room faces a footpath a few feet outside.

      Pros: Great location and great value for the price.

      Cons: There were two maintenance issues - a broken washing machine and kitchen light - but they were fixed quickly.

      Perfect Location in Pyrmont

      No complaints about the location except ongoing construction right across the street awakens u every morning. Other than that, the location is perfect! There is a supermarket across the street and a crepe shop on the corner of the same apartment building, which will reopen in September. The clean, spacious 2 bedroom unit which comfortably sleeps 4 people is on the ground floor and perfect for families w/ young children and the eldery. It is conveniently accessed directly from the side street. It is within walking distance to The Darling/The Star, a hotel/casino w/ ample eateries inside. It is also within walking distance of The Fishmarket; Sydney Harbor. A little further walk brings you to Chinatown, and a bit further, to The Rocks/Circular Quay. Good price! Communication could've been much better. We waited outside in the cold for nearly 30 minutes before someone let us in. All the while beforehand, I had been staying in touch via email, which they weren't getting right away. Calls were challenging to make as international cellular calling wasn't a covered feature on my phone, but I had to use it and get charged for it after communication via email failed. There were a number of repairs needed to be made, which i had alerted the managing company of, but which unfortunately did not get fixed (except for the clock) during our 4 night stay. 1 t.v. didn't work. The toilet kept running. Multiple lamps didn't work. The laundry room door barely hung on. Only one burner worked.

      Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

      On the positive side I really liked the location of this property however there were more negatives than positives with this property. The checkin process is not transparent. They have ridiculous charges for after hours check in and a process of collecting a $500 security deposit that makes you question its validity. Having arrived at the property address we found that the address for the property is the entire apartment complex. There was no signage to reveal the apartment and the whole complex appeared to be private properties. We felt we had been duped and upon ringing the international property number that was provided on the Hotels website the number said it was not connected so we tried the other listed number and reached an engineering number who directed us to use another number. (we found out the engineering company has received these calls before). This experience made us feel we had been scammed and took an hour before we finally we spoke to someone who was able to inform us of the property checkin details we supposedly had received! We finally had someone meet us with the key who informed us that the front door was not locking but we'd be ok as the gate onto the street locked!!! Luckily we discovered the front door did lock as this would have been unacceptable and we would not have stayed at the property. We found that the apartment was not managed professionally.
