The overall ambience and inviting fragence in the foyer was a sensual delight and great way to start they stay. The staff have the 'perfection for detail' down to a fine art!!

Good service and location. Reception area was freezing and noisy. The ‘Club’ is a nice upgrade for $250 if you want something flash.

Lovely building and carpets looked newly replaced. Staff courteous. One night we did receive very slow service and had to ask for the missing in-room menu 4 times before it was delivered. But staff were apologetic and the food was delivered quickly when ordered.
