Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on your recent stay. It's disappointing to know that your stay was dampened by a negative experience you had on your final day. When a guest has a late check out it is part of our procedure to recut the keys to ensure access to the room right until departure. I truly apology as it seems we failed you on this occasion. Firstly, I’d like to apologise for your less than ideal situation for finding out the parking fee at check-out, I understand your thought. unfortunately the parking fee in Sydney is quite high and our car park fee are very competitive in the area, we list our parking fee in all websites under terms & condition, however, we will work closely with our thirty party to make sure guest clearer the charge, thank you for your feedback.
