I have stayed at the hotel multiple times and no problems. My wife stayed on this occasion and found that the room was a bit tired and bed uncomfortable. The surrounding areas are near Central Station, while I have not felt.unsafe on the walk from Central.to the hotel, my wife did find this experience unsettling as there were drug and alcohol affected people to navigate.

Fantastic place to stay for the night. Easy walk from central station. Only didn’t have a fridge in room which we were hoping for. But room was nice and clean and lobby was lovely with complimentary breakfast treats. Would definitely stay again

An average experience. Quiet in my room. Early check in was appreciated. Someone's leftovers in both fridge and drawer! Nice bathroom but shower floods every time. Breakfast is a sugar hype fest. Some savoury items would be nice. A kettle in the room would also be appreciated.

Hi LindaThank you so much for taking the time to leave us some feedback.We are sorry to see that the only highlight was the early check-in and the quietness of the room.I would like to address your low points: We are sorry that you found left overs in the fridge and the draw. If we had been made aware upon check-in we would of removed it straight away. While we can't change the bathroom design we are slowly upgrading the bathrooms so they don't flood as much. We have been adding savoury items for our morning bites but it all depends if they are in stock when we order from our supplier. We have tea trays that are available upon request with a kettle and a selection of teas. Next time please don't hesitate to communicate your needs to the friendly 24/7 front desk.We do hope you will give another chance for a better experience.Kind Regards

Staff were nice, the room was clean and the bed ok. We were told on check in that we were upgraded from a Queen to a King room. The King room we were given was an accessible room and it did not have a rain shower head, which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. We were offered a swap, to Queen, which was what I had booked (but we had already used the toilet/soap, so didn't want to give the cleaners more work to do)
