This is a quality hotel in the heart of manila
Cons:Reception staff should give guests a better overview of what is available to their guests.
The hotel quality was good, unfortunately the reception staff did not fully explain the amenities and facilities available to guests when I checked in so it took a couple of days of asking questions to realise the hotels potential.
