So have to say the staff were extremely welcoming & polite. The restaurant and standard of food was also extremely good but will say the supplement costs on the menu were too high in my opinion. That being said the hotel facilities were not up to standard. The pool changing room were not great, all the showers in the female changing rooms had significant mould issues and were not very clean. The odd mould spot could be excused due to the nature of the facility but this is clearly a long term poor attention to hygiene standards. The jacuzzi was not clean and the actual button to switch the jets on was fully covered in mould again clear hygiene issues. Next I wish to point out the problems with pigeons. They need to invest in some measures to mitigate this problem our stay was disrupted by the noise from pigeons from very early in the morning and made for an unpleasant stay.

Will definitely stay again.
The hotel, staff and food were excellent and we will definitely stay again. The only slight drawback was noise from other rooms even talking seemed to penetrate.

Room only had a sky light and despite attending an event that the organiser had a discount code for the hotel said it had expired when tried to book - used expedia and probably got the same rate but hotel will have lost our as they would have a fee to pay. Breakfast was not that good.
