One needs to walk outside in rain/cold to get to half the units. No covered walkway. Bathroom door squeaks badly. Food vey good - nice atmosphere. Front desk helpful.

Fantastic hotel, got a lovely upgrade. Pillows are extremely soft, even when asking for firmer pillows they were still soft! Brilliant location, and beautifiul views.

The hotel and the staff were absolutely excellent. The location makes it very easy to access the city and all the main attractions. The staff were very good and the restaurant served a very nice breakfast. We traveled with two kids and will definitely stay here again next time we go to Stockholm.
