    Terrible we had to change rooms TWICE. First, the HVAC u it was making a loud noise room 420 and the second time the tv was messed up and only 1/3 of the TV turned on. The rooms overall were dirty and dusty. We both got a stuffy nose inside the rooms but were fine when we left the hotel. Just nasty!

    A Location That Has Clearly Seen Better Days...

    I've stayed at this particular Hyatt Place location many times before and have to say that this is the first time I really felt disappointed by the experience. To begin, I booked a four night stay through Hotels.com, but was told that it's actually two separate reservations. One for three nights and a second for one night. I'll have to check in with front desk staff to have my keycard reauthorized for my fourth and final night (strange, I thought, as I've never had to do this sort of thing at other Hyatt Place locations - Minneapolis, MN, Amherst, NY, Canton, OH). I'm placed on the third floor and the ice machine doesn't work and is making strange noises. Oddly, the same ice machine wasn't working last year when I stayed at this location. Church services (with loud music) which I already knew took place at this location on Sunday afternoon/evening. Visible stains on the couch and cushions that appear worn and sagging in the middle in addition to water stains on the ceiling just outside the bathroom. The final straw, for me, was when on my last day at the hotel, the maid repeatedly knocked on my door beginning at about 8:30AM to ask if I was checking out. She then proceeded to knock on my door again at roughly 10:15AM to ask if I was checking out at which point I advised that I was leaving at approximately 11:00AM. Overall, a decent stay for what it was, but this location has clearly seen better days and the staff could benefit from some additional training.

    The free airport shuttle was a bonus and we had a very nice and helpful driver. There was no welcome bottle of water and we were exhausted. The cost per bottle was outrageous down in the lobby. Location is inconvenient in terms of other restaurants I won’t stay here agaun
