    Will not return to this location

    Upon arrival at 3pm, front desk staff Micheal informed us with a nasty attitude that we would not be able to check in because our room wasn't ready. We were told it would take 10 minutes to get the room ready. 25 minutes later, we checked into a room that was not what we wanted or paid for. It was a handicapped room that had no tub for our 2 small children to bathe in. The room itself had a very musty odor and a film of dust on most surfaces. The carpet was dingy and could have used a vacuum. We will not be returning to this location due to unclean conditions and staff rudeness.

      Average place, room wasn’t properly cleaned daily, towels were left on the floor, bed wasn’t made , soap and shampoo wasn’t provided daily by house keeping. Actually i haven’t experienced this in any other hotels before that house keeping didn’t clean room properly, kind of disappointed. Breakfast was “okay “
