NIce place, stunning staff everywhere and good pool in great gourds with grass instead of just concrete and sun nearly all day (unlike a lot of high rise places where building puts pool in shade most of the day.

1 night stop over before my big trip interstate

Pros: Gym, staff members, prompt response to email query, airport transfer and breakfast.
Cons: I was given a room facing the road and it was really noisy. When I rang, the Duty Manager immediately offered to help me shift to another room.
Location: As I stayed in the hotel to just rest and relax before my big trip, I didn't explore much. The hotel is very close to the airport.
I was offered complementary early check in upfront without me requesting for it and that was truly helpful. The airport transfer was great. Thanks to the Duty Manager Vaishnavi, the Manager and the cleaning staff members who went all their way out to assist in every possible way from directions to breakfast to airport check in and did their VERY best to ensure my stay was great. Loved the gym. The pool looked awesome and I saw other guests having a great time swimming/chilling by the pool. Thank you.
