Great location
Great hotel in a convenient location. Biggest issue was the room heat was semi-functional requiring a hotel staffer to reboot the system. Situation was resolved but it led to a late night with a tired family. We appreciated the offer to decline room service for either a food voucher or bottle of wine (we needed the wine).

Last minute unplanned stay in London and booked Park Plaza due to its location (close to Victoria Station). Very comfortable. Awesome breakfasts which we ordered on a couple of the mornings we stayed. Huge selection and good price ($24 which covered me plus 2 kids).

A very nice well thought out property.. it smelled wonderful upon walking in! The front desk staff was very helpful and super friendly. I did feel like the housekeeping staff could’ve done a better job on a daily basis ( we stayed 5 nights and had two rooms). I also feel like the hallways needed a good vacuum. It was over the New Year and a bank holiday but still daily service ( extra toliet paper and towels should’ve been provided). Overall great reasonable hotel - nice property and I would recommend.

The location being so close to the Victoria station makes this a great option when looking to rent in London; absolutely loved the huge tub in the room and everything was clean and modern, never had any issues.
