You will love Bay Breeze Cottage! The setting has an"old style Key West charm" where it is quiet but is close to everything you need. The beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beaches are right across the street and it is only a short walk to the world famous John's Pass Village where you will find an abundant amount of shops and restaurants, water activities, and access to a boat ramp. The cozy cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple who enjoys a cottage style vacation setting. It is located in a very safe neighborhood and is great for walking the dog.

The cottage is filled with amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable stay and includes high speed WiFi internet, washer and dryer, AC/heat. Beach equipment is available to use for those beach days. There is parking for one car and it is located right in front of the cottage and behind a gated fence door for safety.

There is an additional two bedroom / one bath beach cottage (Ocean Breeze) that is perfect for a family or additional couples (4 people) that is located at the front of the property. That cottage is also available to rent for those who is looking to vacation with another family and would like to have them close by (depending on availability). To book that cottage on VRBO, please search for the ID number 9171051.

Convenient public transportation is available on the beach trolley that runs up and down the beaches. The trolley stop is located close to the cottage.

The cottage is perfect for short and longer term stays.

Perfect little getaway close to the beach
We had a lovely stay at John’s place! The one bed one bath was perfect for my partner and I with our two dogs. The fenced in yard and privacy fence were so nice to have along with an outdoor shed full of beach gear. The location is super close to the beach and many bars and restaurants on the main strip. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Great pet friendly cottage near the beach
Really wonderful pet friendly cottage with plenty of space. Cottage has all the modern day conveniences and necessities. My dog loved the yard and evening walks in the neighborhood. Nothing beat the bay front pet friendly lots located at the end of every block. Cottage is also located a short walk from the beach entry which was great for my wife and I. Beach was awesome, not too many people and wonderful water. Bedroom was a great size as was the bathroom with the exception of the shower being a bit tight. Also located very close to shops and restaurants.

Cute Little Cottage
I reserved this cottage because I was traveling with my two Golden Retrievers and it advertised in the listed that it has a private fenced area. The real deal is that the property has a privacy around it and the fence dividing the two cottages on the property is a three foot vinyl picket fence. Also if the other cottage is being rented and they also are traveling with dogs you need to keep your dogs on a leash at all times. In my eyes this defeats the whole purpose of renting a place with a private fenced area. The grass area in the yard is about 7 x 7. This didn't work for my larger dogs so I ended up walking them for every bathroom break anyway. I loved that this cottage had it's own entry onto the property with an automatic gate opener that came with a remote control. It also has an outdoor shower which is perfect for when you come home from the beach. There is a significant slop to the floor in the kitchen. I'm surprised this isn't a safety issue for renters. Also, a lot of bulbs were burnt out and not replaced. When I messaged the owner, his response was that he was not aware that any bulbs were burnt out. I guess that type of maintenance is not being routinely checked. ? Also! The coffee maker is a Keurig so bring K Cups or your own coffee maker if you bring your own beans. I had to go to Walmart at 9 p.m. to find a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable! And the cottage was clean when I arrived. Thank you!

Beyond expectations
My husband and I drove from NYC with our dog. We were somewhat anxious as it was our first time using Vrbo. John answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. We arrived later than expected, tired and stressed from the long drive. We were very happy to enter this beautiful, clean, cozy cottage with all the amenities of home....and then some. We especially loved the privacy of the fenced in outdoor area and the parking accommodations. Throughout our stay, John continued to answered all questions almost immediately. I HIGHLY recommend.

What a cute place! The cottage was amazing. Well decorated and furnished. You can walk a block to the beach, there's a Cafe right outside the gate for brunch, and minutes from a number of restaurants. The cottage was welcoming, with things clearly labeled and outlined. We were left for wanting nothing. The bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. And multiple amenities to help with your stay. Iron, fans, beach supplies, washer/dryer... we truly enjoyed it.

Cute Cottage by Beach
John was very helpful at check in! This cute cottage is behind another cottage but there is a gate in the back which you can park your car in which is super convenient. Great location just a block from the beach! A tad small but very cozy and clean at a good price.
